I had a fantastic time at this hotel with its spacious and beautifully prepared rooms. The fireplace and views were absolutely lovely, and I appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay. However, I was quite frustrated with the lift situation, which was broken during my entire stay, making it very inconvenient to carry my luggage up the stairs. Overall, if they can improve on maintenance, I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at the Oaks Club and was really impressed with the spacious apartment and the breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly accommodating, although there was a bit of confusion regarding Wi-Fi access. However, my experience at the hotel had some drawbacks concerning the service during holidays, which didn't quite align with my expectations given the price I paid. Overall, I loved the apartment but was left wanting more in the service department.
